Private Facebook group for permit holders

What do you need to know?

To take part, you need to be a permit holder for the 2025/6 season and to have joined or renewed via clubmate.

We intend this to be a channel for communication between permit holders and the committee. Both in terms of us getting information out quickly when the need arises and somewhere permit holders can ask questions and hopefully enjoy informative and friendly exchanges between themselves. For example anything to do with the our new clubmate platform, or any questions regarding our waters, rules, water sharing partners Copthorne, fish species or tackle.

Committee members will moderate the content. All we ask is that there is a high level of respect and good humour between all participants and an understanding that committee members are doing this in their spare time, so response times won't be instant! The only hard and fast rule to begin with is that given we are a small river, we really need to be conscious of angling pressure. Therefore we are going to be strick if exact locations are mentioned. Pictures of specimen fish that allow the location to be identified, I'm afraid will be removed.
